All products available on this site are delivered digitally. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable PDFs, eBooks, workbooks, audio files, video content, and other digital media. No physical items will be mailed or shipped to any address.
Delivery Method
Upon successful completion of your purchase, your digital product(s) will be made available for immediate download. You will receive a confirmation email containing a secure download link. In some cases, access may also be provided through a dedicated account or membership portal on our website.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are typically available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. In rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes. If you have not received your download link or access within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us.
Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. You are encouraged to download and securely store your purchased files promptly. We are not responsible for expired links due to inactivity, though we will make reasonable efforts to reissue access upon request.
Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software, hardware, and internet connection to download and access your purchased digital products. Common requirements include a PDF reader, media player, or compatible web browser. We are not liable for inability to access products due to incompatible devices or software.
Failed Downloads & Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from downloading your purchased product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include reissuing your download link or providing an alternative delivery method.
No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital, there are no shipping carriers, shipping fees, tracking numbers, or physical delivery timelines associated with any purchase. No physical address is required for delivery.
Refund Considerations
